Lynette Kirk PLLC
Creating a safe space where you feel heard, understood, and supported

About Lynette Kirk
With over 15 years of experience as a clinical therapist, including 13 years working specifically with teens, adolescents, and young adults, Lynette Kirk is dedicated to creating a safe, genuine, and judgment-free space where people feel heard, understood, and supported.
I believe that some of the strongest people are the ones who keep showing up—even when life feels overwhelming. My approach is grounded in connection, compassion, resilience, and the belief that people are more than the challenges they are facing.
I specialize in helping adolescents and adults navigate anxiety, depression, academic stress, relationships, identity, family dynamics, and life transitions. In addition to providing therapy in with community based clients, I am also contracted with Davenport West High School as their school based therapist for the 2026–2027 school year. I bring deep understanding of the pressures young people face today. Beyond my private practice, I am passionate about mental health awareness, suicide prevention, and building stronger communities through volunteer work. I am heavily involved with The Gray Matters Collective, a Quad Cities nonprofit focused on mental health awareness, suicide prevention, education, and community support. I am also on the board of The Quiet Strength Project, a Quad Cities nonprofit supporting parents of children with disabilities and complex medical needs.
